Can I change or cancel my order?

Changing or cancelling an order

You can ask us to change or cancel your order up to the point where we have started your engraving.

Once we have started your engraving, we cannot change or cancel your order. Please refer to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (clause 28 / 1b).

Adding to an existing order

You can add extra items to your order up the point when we are packing the existing order for despatch. If you order more engraved items from us, this will delay the despatch of your existing order, while we engrave the extra items.

If we have already despatched your items or if you decide you would prefer not to delay the delivery of your existing order, please place a new order with us.
