We like to be as environmentally friendly as possible and recycling packaging materials is one of the ways we can 'do our bit'.

If we receive deliveries in boxes and jiffy bags (padded mail bags), and they arrive to us in good condition, we will recycle the packaging and use it for sending out our own parcels.

If we use new packaging, we would ask you to recycle it and send out your own parcels using it.

Please don't be offended if you receive items in recycled packaging.
